For Publishers Who Want to Participate

A group of publishers who are committed to producing meaningful, life-changing material for families and children have joined together to offer our products to organizations that want to use them for fundraising purposes. Instead of selling processed cookies or gift-wrap trinkets, we offer a catalog of our meaningful books and music, for them to sell from to raise funds for their group. This is available to both for-profit and not-for-profit groups and helps them to not only improve the quality of their organization, but improve the quality of others’ lives with our inspired books and music. We are inviting you to participate in this group and make your books and music available in our catalog. Below are the details about how this partnership works.

• Publishers interested in making their books/products available in the AMF catalog must first be screened and approved by A Meaningful Fundraiser as we wish to offer only high quality materials that are in alignment with our definition of 'meaningful'.
• There is no fee charged to Publishers for participating in A Meaningful Fundraiser.
• Publishers must agree to sell their books/products to AMF at 50% of the listed catalog (retail) price.
• AMF will not pre-purchase books/products from Publisher. Publishers are required to provide books/products to AMF on consignment.
• Alternatively, it is possible for Publishers to drop ship directly to customers on a per order basis when notified by AMF, however shipping reimbursement arrangements are made once in advance and may or may not cover Publisher's handling costs per individual order.
• AMF has ultimate control over its catalog and will decide which books/products are included or excluded from Publisher's offerings.
• AMF may request a physical copy of at least one book or product for hands on review.
• Retail (customer visible) prices in the catalog are set by Publisher. Please include this information in your submission if possible.
• Publisher is responsible for notifying AMF of any price changes.
• Books damaged en route to AMF from Publisher are the responsibility of Publisher and AMF will prompty notify Publisher upon receipt of damaged package(s).
• Books damaged en route to customer are the responsibility of AMF, except in the case of Publisher drop shipments direct to customers as these are the responsibility of Publisher.
• Publishers are encouraged to have a link to AMF somewhere on their site.
• Publishers must email a short synopsis and a digital cover image for each book/product they wish to submit for review. Additionally, Publisher may wish to include awards, literary reviews or customer testimonials with their submission, in short, please include anything that will convey the quality of the works.
